Return/Exchange Policy
STORE CREDIT ONLY! WE CANNOT PROCESS MONETARY REFUNDS.
Store credits can only be used at checkout, and cannot be applied / refunded retroactively.
We want to do our very best to ensure you feel confident in your purchase and are completely delighted with your new Art-to-Wear purchase from Wear the Forest.
We understand that shopping online can be tricky. Each piece ordered from us is an exact representation of the photos in the Shop, but it can look different in person.
If you are unsatisfied, we welcome exchange for in-stock items of equal value, or return for store credit, of like-new condition pieces within 30 days of delivery confirmation.
Overview
Our exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since receipt of your order, we can’t offer you a full store credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return/exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange your purchase, send us an email at weartheforest@gmail.com with your reason for the return or exchange along with your receipt of purchase, and you will receive an answer from us regarding next steps. You will be responsible for all postage to return the item.
